Return & Refund Policy
Sintco Dental offers a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within
30 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags, seals, and accessories must be included
- Valid proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or opened dental instruments or supplies
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product
(if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period.
Customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused,
in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within
10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
